# Technical instructions

- To edit this or other pages, click on the "edit" tab at the top of the screen.
- To link to other wiki pages, see [the Help page](Help#wiki-links).  To create a new wiki page, just create a link to it and follow the link.
- Multiple markdown formats are supported.  My favourite is [restructured text](https://thomas-cokelaer.info/tutorials/sphinx/rest_syntax.html#images-and-figures).  Pages using this has a metadata field "format: rst" at the top of the source code.
- Help is always available through the "Help" link in the sidebar.
- I believe everybody has a user account now.  Talk to George otherwise.
- Pages can be edited offline via git.  Talk to George if this suits you.
