# Winter 1230

Herrick shows up at the covenant posing as a peasant with a
sick rooster.  Una wisely refuses them entry.
Soon thereafter a Griffin and a Hydra join Herrick to attack the
covenant.
Only the Hydra (and Herrick) was able to enter the Aegis.

Una, Maine, Seafraid, Phil, Richard (and crew), Dermot,
and Eogan took part in the battle.
Ercc was present, but was ignored in the battle.
Crimthann hid among the trees

Seafraid and Eogan were killed venturing outside the Aegis.

The Hydra left 19p Creo vis in its tongues.
