# Spring 1237

Una, Tullius, Hiccup, and Dermot go to investigate the mines again,
and they meet the Faerie Smith.

They get the following deals

+ They supply charcoal, but get the right to mine silver from
  some of the caves on the lowest level.
+ They get Faerie Ingredients for 1p per year per lab.

The mine has given 50% income in 1235 and 1236, but it is
back on track from 1237.  They are short staffed because of 
the lost miners, but this is compensated by Cieran's cookies
and the access to new veins.
