Northern Section

Note The Northern section of the city is mainly pasture, except for main street running through to the Nortern gate. The Northern-most settlement on the West side of the city is the Novgorod Quarter where Boris’ inn and Marcus’ shipyard are located.

Market quarter

The Market is close to the Hostein Gate, to the West. Adjacent to the Market one can find both Henri’s townhouse and the townhall. This is an expensive part of the city and only the prosperous can afford it.

Henri’s household counts three magi as well as a hedge pratitioner, his wife.

South West Quarter

Imanitos has his in in the South West Quarter. The covenant has no other business in this area.

Hundestrasse

Like the shipyard quarters, Hundestrasse is close to the Northern pastures, but towards the East. The covenant maintains a townhouse here, which houses a common library and records. Carolus resides here, as he does not have a private house. A full-time scribe is employed to keep track of library and records. He also maintains a catalogue of books lent to magi living and reading elsewhere, and a partial record of books which can be borrowed from the magi’s private collections. Particularly Henri maintains considerable private resources.
