The Covenant Regio has aura 5, and it is largely unexplored.
The main aentrace tree is inside a huge tree resembling its
counterpart on Fågelön.
The tree is overlooking a grand field where the covenant has
set up its buildings.

When they first arrived in the regio 1224, Andreas constructed 
five stone buildings using craft magic.  
They are placed in a circle 50 paces across.  Each building
is just the size for a standard Hermetic laboratory and a small
adjoining flat.

In the middle of the circle, he constructed two more, of
similar size.  One contains the council room which 
is used for both meals, meetings, and for reading.
The modest library is stored here.  The other is the kitchen
including modest quarters for the servants.

The buildings below are numbered clockwise, 
starting closest to the tree.

Since they are one magus short, it is possible for literate covenfolk,
who want to use the library, to stay in the fifth cottage.  This is
likely to include Gesche, Talpa, and Claas.
Half a dozen servants are needed to wait on the magi, and they stay in the
kitchen.

# Basilus' Old Lab

+ Laboratory has Major Feature & Major Focus (elaborate geometric circle etched into the floor), providing massive bonus to Experimentation (+5) but penalizes normal lab work (-2) when not experimenting
