Agenda

• Marcus, Una, Seafraid, and Cieran were accepted as full members
• Arrangements for new members were discussed. Three years probation was decided.
• Phil and Seamus was accepted on probabtion at the end of 1222.
• The council does not expect to have room for any more new members.
• Oswald asked about Herrick’s status. Una reported that she had some hopes of getting him accepted into Ex Miscellanea, but Herrick’s background remains mysterious. Herrick calls himself nature masters. His parens was called Guierrot:
• Vis allowances was reviewed. Each member gets 2p/year as a free allowance, and has the option of earning 4p for a season of service every two years. The council decides on what arts are offered.
• The covenant covers longevity rituals and healing, and obviously the Aegis.
  
• Vis for particular projects may be granted by majority vote.
• Magi should not make labs which take more than £6/year to maintain
