The Tribunal of 1221
Day 1.
Most people arrive one or two days before the tribunal. These days are used for friendly get-togethers, pre-tribunal negotiations, and for trade.
The troupe arrives early in the day and are received by Horst, a redcap in his late thirties, assigned to play host for the event. He is a meticulous organiser and shows the charactes around as required. He is polite, but distant. He will also introduce them to those present.
